04 · Winter division
Winter is where Top Gun built its name. We run a dedicated Snow and Ice Management Division — fully insured, on contract, and out before your site opens. Routes run across Maple Ridge, the Lower Mainland and Kamloops.
We expanded into Kamloops for the 2025 winter season and are adding Kamloops properties for 2026/27. Property managers: get your sites priced before the fall rush — seasonal spots are limited.
Season contracts
One contract signed in the fall covers every storm until spring — no per-visit scrambling, no hunting for a plow at 5 a.m. Pick the level of coverage your property needs; every plan is run by our own Maple Ridge-based crews across the Lower Mainland and Kamloops.
For smaller commercial lots, offices and retail pads that need the site cleared and safe — nothing more, nothing missed.
For busy plazas, warehouses and stratas that cannot open late. Your site sits at the front of the route, every storm.
For property managers who want winter handled end-to-end — and the same crew looking after the site when the snow melts.
Priced per property — lot size, trigger and salting set the number, quoted in writing before you sign. Popular add-ons: extra walkway & loading-dock clearing, on-site salt bins, parkade entry clearing, and one-time emergency clearing for non-contract sites when routes allow.
If the first service visit of your contract doesn’t meet the standard we promised, we’ll come back and make it right — and if you’re still not satisfied, we refund that visit. The same goes all season: any visit that misses your contract standard gets re-serviced on us.
